  • 外語教學與學習資源 Resources of Language Teaching and Learning

     
 

語言中心提供多項軟硬體資源支援教師之外語教學活動、協助學生之外語學習以及配合政府國際化政策，協助校外語言測驗機構辦理「多益測驗（TOEIC）」、「全民英檢（GEPT）」、「美國法學院入學測驗（LSAT）」、「美國護士考試（CGFNS）」、「日本語能力測驗」及「科見美語全民英語能力分級檢定測驗」等外語能力檢定考試。此外，為協助學生通過英日語能力檢定畢業門檻，並且配合教務處鼓勵學生取得國際外語證照之政策，語言中心亦協助開辦「多益英檢輔導班」以及「日本語能力測驗輔導班」。
 

The center provides a number of software and hardware to support language teaching, learning and sponsor various language proficiency tests in accordance with the government policy, such as “TOEIC”, “GEPT”, “LSAT”, “CGFHS”,”JLPT”and ” Kojen English General English Proficiency Test”, among many others. Furthermore, the center also organizes “TOEIC tutorial program”and“JLPT tutorial program” in order to help students gain certificates and comply with the office of academic affairs' policy.

 

 

 

  • 圖書資源 Self-Learning Books
  語言中心除提供外語能力檢定與學習相關書籍書單給圖書館進行採購外，亦備有外語學習和外語能力檢定自學教材（例如新式多益官方書籍與新式多益測驗樣本試題），以及LiveABC、All+、biz、CNN互動英語雜誌等等自學資源。
 

Except for providing the booklist of language proficiency tests books to library, the center also provides self-learning materials such as new TOEIC mock exams, LiveABC, All+, biz and CNN magazines, etc.

 

 

 

  • 線上外語學習資源-致理e學苑 Online Language Learning Resource – Chihlee e College

     
  為協助全校同學提升英語學習之學習成效，本校已購置多項線上英語自學及測驗資料庫，並建置於「e學苑」中供大家使用;此外本校應用英語系亦建置有「線上英語廣場-E象限太空號」網路英語學習園區，歡迎大家多加利用。
 

In order to improve the effectiveness of English learning, Chihlee has purchased a number of online self-learning and test databases and set up “Chihlee e College”. Moreover, the department of applied English has also set up “E-Space”, an online English learning platform.

  Painting speed memory training system emphasizes the development of the brain potential and advocates that memory capability is associated with eating habit, exercising, experience and learning.   油漆式速記法理論（The theory of painting speed memory training system）：
  事實上，良好的速讀訓練絕對是打開快速記憶的大門。油漆式速記法應用在單字速記的原理，結合了高速的速讀，並配合大量的迴轉複習，達到快速記憶的目的。希望透過眼球的快速移動、視幅擴大、定點閃字、不定點閃字、多字同步顯示的面積式速讀、色彩剌激及瞬間感知能力的訓練，再同步配合多重感官的刺激，迅速將單字記憶轉換為長期記憶。
當各位第一次背單字時，好比在大腦皮層中刷上第一層記憶油漆，並在大腦記憶區中開始登錄資料。如果這層次有遺忘的單字，還可在刷第二層時來補強，我們建議以「認知性測驗」與「回溯性測驗」切換來增加熟悉度。這時有點像在記憶區中進入歸檔保存階段，具有邊記邊忘的特性，雖然記憶的本質在於不斷重複，不過機械性重複只可使短期記憶保存一段期間，無法真正轉入長期記憶，還必須依靠更多層次切換學習。
  Indeed, a sound speed reading training is the key to speed memory.
